This privacy statement discloses the privacy practices for www.trinitycollection.com.

Trinity Collection is committed to protecting your privacy and the confidentiality of your information. We will never sell, loan, rent, trade or give away your name, email or address to anyone without your written permission. Any information we collect is solely for the purpose of enhancing your shopping experience.

Trinity Collection wholeheartedly respects your privacy. The sole owner of all personal information collected at this site is Trinity Collection, and Trinity Collection will NEVER rent or sell your personal information to any third party. The information collected and stored by Trinity Collection includes your name, address, telephone number, and email address. While your credit card information is collected at the time of purchase, only the last four digits are stored on Trinity Collection server. Credit card information is sent directly to the PayPal Website Payment Service secure server, and that is where it is safely held. Because Trinity Collection collects personal information through a secure server that features the latest encryption technology, you can be assured that none of your information will be viewed by anyone outside of Trinity Collection and PayPal. Furthermore, all shipping labels are pre-printed at Trinity Collection home office, so none of your personal information is held or stored by any of the shipping companies that are used to deliver Trinity Collection orders.

The information you provide to Trinity Collection will only be used to process your order and to add your name (mailing address and email address) to our mailing list so that you will receive future mails by post or by email. Unless there is a problem with your order you will not be contacted by Trinity Collection. You may update or change the personal information Trinity Collection has collected by sending an email to sales@trinitycollection.com. Should there be any changes to Trinity Collection’s Privacy Guarantee, all affected users will immediately be notified by email and all relevant changes will be posted to this portion of the site.

While you are shopping, Trinity Collection uses cookies to keep track of the items that you have placed in your shopping cart. Cookies are bits of information that allow Trinity Collection’s server to associate you with the specific products that you have added to your shopping cart. If your cookies are turned off, you will not be able to shop online with Trinity Collection as the system will fail to associate you with any items that you have added to your cart. We recommend that you turn your cookies on while shopping at trinitycollection.com, as this will allow for a much more enjoyable and worry-free shopping experience. Trinity Collection does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13.  Trinity Collection makes good faith efforts to store information in a secure operating environment not available to the public, Trinity Collection cannot guarantee complete security. Trinity Collection disclaims liability for unintentional security breaches.

Certain Provisions Regarding Purchases/Returns/Exchanges

When you place an order for an item displayed on the Site, you are making to Trinity Collection an offer of purchase. If Trinity Collection accepts that offer, we will supply the goods where possible, but will not be obligated to do so.

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of your receipt of the ordered merchandise. Item(s) must be in original unused condition; all tags, cards, boxes and/or pouches must be included with your return.  Any unauthorized returns, undelivered packages, or returns postmarked after thirty (30) days of your receipt of the order, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, or delivery may be refused and the item returned to sender.

Returns must be sent via U.S. Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS only.  Return packages MUST been insured for the full retail value of the merchandise.   Trinity Collection does not accept damaged merchandise, unless that is the reason for the return and it is returned within 15 days of receipt.  NO REFUNDS OR STORE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED FOR MERCHANDISE RETURNED IN A USED OR DAMAGED CONDITION.  Pack returns with adequate protective padding and materials, as merchandise damaged from improper packaging or otherwise will not be accepted.  Any requests for damaged merchandise in connection with insurance claims you may make must be accompanied by a pre-paid, self-addressed electronic UPS label.

If you are entitled to a refund, your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment within seven (7) business days of receipt, except during and after holiday season, during which time return processing may take up to fifteen (15) business days. If you wish to make an exchange, you will have to place a new, separate order (unless you are exchanging damaged merchandise for replacement merchandise). Any return or exchange that does not meet the above criteria will not be accepted. Sale, vintage, one-of-a-kind, and special orders are returnable for store credit only.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and customer is responsible for return shipping costs. In the case of an order that included free shipping, up to $8 will not be reimbursed in order to cover our cost of the original shipment (this also applies to partial returns if the total order amount drops below $150 due to the return).

If an item you order is not available, or the price has changed, we will attempt to contact you to let you know of the unavailability or the price changes, as applicable. If we are unable to contact you, we will cancel the order. We will not substitute any item without your permission first.  Price adjustments are not available for items which have gone on sale since being purchased. We attempt to promptly ship products ordered. Generally, orders placed Monday-Friday before 12 PM EST will begin processing within seventy-two (72) hours, excluding holidays,  in all cases pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 12 PM EST will generally begin processing the next business day. Generally, orders placed on Friday after 12 PM EST will begin processing on the following Monday.

Please note that these processing and shipping provisions are only general guidelines, and Trinity Collection cannot ensure that the time frames noted will be met. Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the responsibility of you the buyer to check the product promptly upon its arrival to make sure it is free of any defects.

Goods damaged due to buyers’ negligence will not be accepted for refund. Trinity Collection is not liable for any damages in the event that merchandise you receive from us is not of the type advertised. If you receive such merchandise, you may return it so long as you comply with all of the return policies of Trinity Collection. Returns and exchanges are accepted on all items unless otherwise noted in the item description. All sale, vintage, one-of-a-kind, and special order items are non-returnable.
